Why firms pay it

One of the cheapest ways to win work. Most business development costs real money before it produces a single conversation: advertising, sponsorships, bid writing, long lunches. A$15 a month puts a named specialist forward for live client briefs that already match their expertise. If it wins one engagement, it has paid for itself many times over.

What clients pay: nothing. Describe your project and review the shortlist at no cost, with no obligation. If we ever introduce a client-side fee, we’ll give notice and you’ll be able to decline before it applies.

The arithmetic

  1. Endorse no one: A$0/month. Your firm and whole team stay listed and considered when we match. Nobody carries the Endorsed badge or preference.
  2. List 12 team members, endorse 2: 2 × A$15 = A$30/month. The other 10 stay free and still considered when we match.
  3. Endorse 5: 5 × A$15 = A$75/month.

Edelvor Verified

A free, independently reviewed badge that stacks on any tier and increases discoverability and client trust. Edelvor awards it at its discretion after reviewing an engineer’s record. There’s nothing to apply or pay for.

Questions

Is listing my team really free?
Yes. Adding team members to your firm on Edelvor costs nothing, with no limit on how many you list. Free profiles are still considered when we match client requests. You pay only for the individuals you choose to Endorse.
What does the A$15 buy?
Preference. Every profile at your firm, free or Endorsed, is considered when Edelvor matches a client request. Endorsed individuals are given preference when we select who to put forward, and carry the Endorsed badge on their profile as a firm-backed signal clients can see. One Endorsed listing is one seat at A$15 per month.
Do engineers ever pay?
No. When a firm endorses one of their engineers, the firm covers the A$15 seat, and team members are never charged. Engineers without a firm list themselves for free.
Do clients ever pay?
No. Describing your project and sending us a request is free, with no obligation. If we ever add a client-side fee, we'll give notice in advance.
What is Edelvor Verified?

What happens if we stop paying for a seat?
The engineer stays listed with your firm and is still considered when we match. They lose the Endorsed badge and the matching preference. Stripe prorates seat reductions as a credit on your next invoice, and cancelling entirely takes effect at the end of the billing period.
How do we receive invoices?
Every invoice is delivered two ways: as a PDF attachment emailed to your firm-admin address, and also downloadable from the billing portal on your dashboard. Edelvor is operated by Haimi Jordaan (ABN 61 267 830 638) and is not currently GST-registered, so invoices show the price in Australian dollars without a GST line item.
Do you take a cut of client engagements?
No. Contracts are directly between the client and the firm. The only money that moves through Edelvor is the firm's monthly per-Endorsed subscription.
