Firms pay per listed Fellow. Free for Fellows. Free for clients.
Every firm on Edelvor pays a per-seat monthly subscription for the professionals it lists as Fellows. Individuals never pay. Clients never pay. The first three Fellows at every firm are free during the founding window.
What clients pay
Nothing. Search, shortlist, and submit enquiries at no cost. If we ever introduce a client-side fee, we’ll give notice and you’ll be able to decline before it applies.
What firms pay, per listed Fellow
Tax-bracket pricing: you only pay the higher rate on Fellows above each threshold, not on every Fellow at once.

Pay annuallyand get 2 months free. You pay 10 months for a year’s listing. Company admins, clients, and regular team members without a Fellow listing don’t count toward billing.
The Founding Fellow badge
The first 1,000 Fellows to complete a profile and be listed by an active firm earn a permanent Founding Fellow badge. No date. The window closes when the 1,000th Fellow is seated.

- Permanent. The badge stays on the account for life, even if Fellow status is later paused (for example, if the firm changes its subscription).
- Earned, not claimed. Lands automatically the first time your profile hits 100% and your firm lists you as a Fellow. No promo code, no manual step.
- Scarcity signal. Fixed cap, no renewals, no expansion. A genuine origin marker.
It is not a pricing subsidy. The free three Fellow seats per firm apply to every firm regardless of whether anyone at the firm holds a Founding Fellow badge. The badge is about origin, not discount.

Questions
- What counts as a Fellow?
- A Fellow is a professional whose profile is 100% complete, who is listed by an active firm, and who has a seat covered by that firm. Every Fellow is a member; not every member is a Fellow.
- Do individuals ever pay?
- No. Fellows never pay. The firm that lists a Fellow covers the per-seat subscription. If you're a consultant without a firm, listings are handled through an associated firm.
- Do clients ever pay?
- No. Searching, shortlisting, and submitting enquiries are free for everyone. If we ever add a client-side fee, we'll give notice in advance.
- What happens when the 1,000-Fellow cap is hit?
- The founding window closes. Every firm that used its free three seats has 14 days to decide: upgrade to a paid subscription and keep those Fellows listed, or stay free and those users lose Fellow status (only the Fellow badge is removed; their account, firm association, employment history, profile data, Founding Fellow badge, login, and inbox all stay intact).
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. During the founding window, every firm's first three Fellows are free. After the cap is reached, per-Fellow pricing applies from seat 1 for any firm that chooses to subscribe.
- Do you take a cut of client engagements?
- No. Contracts are directly between the client and the Fellow's firm. Edelvor is a listing platform, not a marketplace. The only money that moves through Edelvor is the firm's monthly per-Fellow subscription.
