Billing:firms pay a per-seat monthly subscription on a four-band rate card. During the founding window every firm’s first three Fellow seats are free. Once the 1,000-Fellow platform cap is reached, your firm has 14 days to choose: upgrade to a paid subscription and keep your Fellows listed, or stay free and those users drop to non-Fellow state (their account, profile data, and Founding Fellow badge all stay intact; only the Fellow listing ends).

What does it cost to search and submit enquiries?+
Searching Edelvor and submitting enquiries is completely free for organisations. Individuals and clients never pay. Firms pay a tiered subscription based on how many Fellows they list; that's how the platform is funded.
Is the platform really free right now?+
Yes. Fellows and clients never pay. Firms pay per listed Fellow, with the first three seats free during the founding window. The first 1,000 Fellows to complete a profile and be listed by a firm earn a permanent Founding Fellow badge. No dates; the window closes when the 1,000th Fellow is seated.
How is fellow involvement guaranteed?+
When you engage through Edelvor, the firm contractually commits to the named fellow's involvement at the level you agreed, whether hands-on, oversight, or advisory. This is built into the scope of work, not just a verbal promise.
Can I enquire about a fellow who shows as 'Conditional'?+
Absolutely. Conditional availability means the fellow is open to the right project, they may have minimum engagement sizes, specific timelines, or sector preferences. Submit an enquiry and the firm will let you know if it's a fit.
How are reviews verified?+
Every review on Edelvor is linked to a real engagement and passes two gates before appearing on a public profile. First, our admin team verifies that the reviewer was a genuine client on that project (authenticity). Then the Fellow themselves approves or declines each verified review for display on their profile (visibility). This prevents fake or unrelated feedback, and also lets Fellows curate which verified reviews they publish.
What happens if the fellow isn't involved as promised?+
Edelvor takes involvement guarantees seriously. If a fellow's actual involvement doesn't match what was agreed, the client can flag it through the platform. This is reflected in the fellow's track record and affects their standing.
I'm a firm, how do I get my people listed?+
Sign up as a company administrator, add your firm details, and start building fellow profiles. Your team members can then manage their own availability, bios, case studies, and CV content.
I'm an independent consultant, can I join?+
Yes. You can list yourself as an independent consultant without being tied to a firm. Your career history, case studies, qualifications, and reviews all live on your profile and travel with you.
Can fellows move between firms?+
Yes. A fellow's reputation is portable, their project history, reviews, case studies, qualifications, and CV stay with them if they move to a different firm. Only their company affiliation changes.
Can I download my CV?+
Yes. From your dashboard you can export your full career record, employment history, qualifications, registrations, software, standards, clients, case studies, awards, as a PDF, HTML, or Markdown document.
How do you handle my data and privacy?+
Edelvor has a full privacy dashboard where you control what's visible on your profile, export all your data, or request account deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or LinkedIn. Signing in with LinkedIn makes it quick to import your existing career details.
